Overcast skies throughout with light snow (S-1 to S1). Snowfall did not add up to measurable accumulations by 2:30 pm. Moderate winds observed along ridge tops with brief periods of stronger gusts. Along this particular ridge, winds were blowing out of the west-southwest stripping southerly facing slopes down to the old melt-freeze crust.
