Very hot! Some wet loose activity from the rapid warm-up. Snow was quite heavy and starting to crust at the end of the day in many places.
Snowpack
In the apron below Nokohouloir (About 11,600ft) NE aspect, probing was getting depths mostly around 200cm with some as low as 160 and others deeper. Dug a quick 1 meter pit to assess stability. Found a sensitive layer at 5cm down under the sun affected snow with a shovel tap test. (we were concerned about additional loading on this up high) Found another failure ~15cm down CTM5 (Tap 15) Resistant Planar. Found a third failure 45cm down CTH4 (Tap 24) Resistant Planar. See profile for details. This was enough structural weaknesses for us to bail on the line and did not linger under the overhead hazard to conduct propagation tests.
