Weather
Very spring-like. Periods of intense sun followed by snow squalls. 34F at 12 000' by 11am.
Snowpack
HS at 11500' was ~130cms. The upper 45 cm of recent storm snow was moist through to the old snow surface (dust layer). This layer was unreactive in snowpit tests. If we see prolonged periods of sun over the next few days, I expect we will see more natural avalanche activity at this interface.
Avalanche
Small to large wet loose avalanches observed. Compliments an earlier observation form same highway corridor.
