Super intense winds from the south west today, with the blowing snow completely obscuring visibility from time to time and the odd little snow tornado forming behind ridge line. Lots of loading on north east aspects where there was recent evidence of small to medium size avalanches. Hard to get a good idea on the size of the avalanches due to the poor visibility from blowing snow.
