Saturday: above freezing; few clouds. light winds BTL and strong winds NTL with snow transport. Sunday: near freezing; obstructed skies mostly transitioning to mostly cloudy skies at the tour end. winds were light BTL and strong at NTL with more snow transport than Saturday.

Snowpack

Saturday: 2 inches of new wet snow. Glopping snow on east facing aspects. winter snow NTL. Wet snow that bonded/melted into the existing snowpack at BTL. Sunday: 1 inch of new snow. No glopping. a bit punchy off skin track near valley bottom. Otherwise, supportive on skin track BTL and NTL. Today, we observed a layer at NTL. First time within last 8 days and third trip. BTL skiing Sunday-rollers balls with low momentum during the descent. Both days: no instabilities observed such as cracking or collapsing. BTL-both days. dust layers are apparent, contributing to sticky skiing.
