Weather

Stiff west winds, almost strong enough to knock you over above 12,000'. No blowing snow though. Few clouds in the AM, and increased a bit in the afternoon

Snowpack

Snowpack Seemed well drained. Below tree line it was rather punchy off the beaten track. On our route out, 2 PM was too late for skiing, but we were climbing out by then & had a nice line back to the ridge.
