Weather
Partly cloudy skies this afternoon around Silverton. Moderated northwest winds and temperatures in the teens above treeline. Generally chilly tour.
Snowpack
Northwest winds continue to lightly drift snow above treeline. Very little new snow from earlier this week is left on windward slopes. Pockets of drifted snow up to 10" deep but not reactive to ski cuts. The snow surface was a little slabby. Below the new and drifted snow the was frozen. No warming observed today.
Avalanche
No new avalanche activity observed today. Did observe old long running Loose Wet and rollerballs from the warming period earlier in the month.
