Weather
Above timber line, approximately 11,000 ft, path on SE aspect. Weather was warm, sunny temp in 50s, moderate wind (10-12) from the WSW
Snowpack
Hard pack, slushy on elevations below 11,000. A bit icier at elevations above 11,000 (especially on slopes not facing directly south or east.
Avalanche
It's not clear when it fell. Avalanche appears to have started with a cornice fall based on the chunk of cornice missing at the top. I outlined the avalanche path as it was hard to get a good picture due to the light.
