Weather

Cloudy skies, mild temps, and light winds in the morning. 6" new snow at 1100.. Snowfall and SW winds increased in the afternoon. 2"+ additional at 1400.

Snowpack

Storm slabs and dry loose avalanches were easily triggered, failing on the new snow/old snow interface. Small, fragile fresh cornices were observed and had triggered some very small slab and loose activity.
