Clear skies to start the day with temps in the teens. Increasing clouds as the day progressed with a few snowflakes flying around and the peaks in the clouds by mid afternoon. HS; Cumbres Trestle 42", Cumbres Pass 45", La Manga Pass 30".

Avalanche

Observed some natural avalanche activity (D2) from the recent storm on NE-E-SE aspects below treeline in the backcountry along the highway corridor.
