Windy from the west, with high gusts moving snow and turbulently suspending in air Snow in the AM, intermittent Variable conditions in the afternoon, Partly cloudy/broken Tairs from -5c to -9c

Snowpack

Numerous collapses and whumps with shooting cracks. W aspects around 11600' ,shooting cracks, 10-15 meters in length, about 3 in total. One broke through the slab to the 11/22 Facet Layer. Wind slabs observed in specific terrain features near ridge tops on Leee aspects 3cm-20cm in thickness Pencil hard, overlying 1F slab HN 2-3 INCHES Surf From/Size Defragmented stellars 1-2 mm and intermittent Graupel Dug around 11600' W-NW aspect we dug 3 pits verying in HS 90-110cm Found same weak layer at 40-50cm up from ground 2-3mm FC/Depth hoar On the same layer, Q1 results experienced and ECTN25.
