Weather

Mild temperatures. Calm on the north flank of the Sultan while south winds recorded at 15-20 mph on nearby weather stations.

Snowpack

I dug on a north-facing ridge adjacent to Pumphouse startzone where HS was 105cm. Just below the start zone in the path, depths ranged from 120cm to 180cm. CT and ECT scores produced easy to moderate failures at the drought interface below the MLK weekend storm snow. The only propagating results were hard failures on weak facets about 55cm from the ground. Ski pen is around 18 inches whereas Boot pen goes all the way to the ground.
