Weather

Temps continually decreased through the day as the wind gusts increased. Intense blowing snow ATL and occasional whiteout conditions. Surprisingly, surface riding conditions were not that wind affected.

Snowpack

East aspect at 11K, HS 125cm. Easy, and one very easy test result where the column failed upon isolation. The bottom 20cm of the snowpack consisted of frozen chained DH. Columns were failing on an old crust/facet combo about 25cm above the ground, or about 100cm deep. The 55cm of new was mostly Fist hard snow.
