Weather

The weather was mild with calm winds, high cirrus clouds, and afternoon temperatures in the twenties.

Snowpack

Snow depth ranged from 60-90 cm in the deeper, shaded areas. The snow structure was mainly fist or four-finger hard unconsolidated facets except for a one-finger hard slab near the middle of the pack. CTN and ETCX underlined the current low avalanche hazard rating.
