This is an observation from Patrol Headquarters at Copper Mountain, data is limited due to observation from binoculars.

Avalanche

(HS-U-R-R3-D2-U) Hard to get a full idea with binoculars from the top of copper. But looks to be a remote trigger as i cannot find any ski tracks into the avalanche site. A large group was on the ridge above this when i was taking photos. Unknown if they were the triggering party or just observers. Hopefully they'll add more later this evening.
