Weather

Travel began around 1pm with light SW winds and warm, overcast skies. By 1500, SW winds had picked up to 10 mph G20 below tree line, ridgeline winds increased as well, 20-30 mph. Warm temps throughout trip, 23F measured at 10,500'

Snowpack

Snow depth at 10,500' on east aspect was about 3'. The recent storm snow has settled significantly in the past 24 hours with 3" settlement cones around the bases of shrubbery. No whumpfing or collapse was observed with only very limited cracks around skis. Ski penetration 50 cm
