Weather
Bluebird and windy. Avoided the tops. A late start temperature was at 20ºF at 10 am.
Snowpack
Last nights snow was unstable and sluffed off in slabby chunks. Dug a pit before the first descent. Still evidence of layers but nothing failed in shovel compression test and shovel shear test did not produce any clean shears. All three descents were on similar aspects at similar altitudes. On the steepest parts of all three runs I was able to ski cut a small slab but it did not travel far.
Avalanche
Seeing more large debris from cornice collapse. But did not see any avalanches or cornice falls today.
