Triggered skinning across slope. Both people in group caught, both deployed airbags. First person dragged downslope about 50 m, one ski came off, stuck against tree and body mostltly buried. Head buried, airbag helped protect head and provide air pocket. Second person dragged downhill about 20m, self rescued, skied down to first and shoveled first person out. Second person saw buried victims airbag.First person suffered minor cuts, bruises, sprained ankle. Luckily found lost ski and able to ski out with lots of pain. No whomping observed, no natural activity observed, snow not wind affected. Thigh deep trail breaking at incident location. Didn't spend much time evaluating avi after incident
