Shames backcountry

Skied Prayer Flags, the Knolls, Burnt Trees. I triggered (it was expected since the new snow haven’t bounded yet) a size .5/1 in the steeper section of Prayer Flags—it ran far and although it was slow the small avalanche was powerful and heavy. Skiing was great and I avoided steep slopes afterwards. Lots of debris from both tree bombs and wet loose in every corner of No dogs, No socks, Iron Curtain, Geronimo, etc. Snowing in the morning, then partly cloudy, partly sunny with the sun radiation being quite strong around noon.
