Travelled up some South aspects today into the alpine. Lots of whumpfs in open treeline terrain. Hasty profiles showed a couple of weak 1cm crusts below the ~45cm of storm snow. Quick tests had columns failing on isolation once the upper crust was cut through. Surface snow was becoming moist later in the day.

Lots of activity in Gorman during the recent storm. The road in had significant debris across it in a couple spots before the bridge.
