Molar trees

Toured up northeast side of Molars from the bottom of KHMR. We noticed multiple small (size 1-1.5) avalanches from the past 24hrs, all in steep open glades below treeline. Lots of whumphing. Did 3 compression tests which all showed sudden planar in the easy range. Also did an extended column test, which showed no propagation. Kept going up conservative terrain and remote triggered a size 1.5 on a steep convex roll from about 80m away on what looked like the Jan17 interface, 50cm down.
