Snow Conditions

Heavy snowfall early in the morning as low as 1200m. The trail had enough snow to skin up, but was challenging on the decent due to only a thin layer of snow covering lots of rocks and branches on the lower quarter of the trail which were easily exposed. 10-15 cm of snow above a thin wind crust at 1800m on north and east aspects. Skiing was fun but slower due to how heavy the snow was. Some steeper slopes on the northern aspect are still quite rocky.
