Wind pockets on crust at Flatiron

At high elevation, mostly hard crust with some pockets of wind transported snow. Any loose snow or crust pieces slid very easily on this crust. Some soft snow in isolated wind drifts in the alpine, nice soft snow in protected trees further down into the bowl. Ski out through steep dense trees was deep, heavy powder
