Day started with light precip. Found a couple of cm over previous storm snow. Visibility fluctuating throughout the day, sun eventually poked out through clouds for a short period. On this day we found no signs of instability in the open trees on north aspects above the lake. We rode deep powder. Snow got heavier as the day got warmer.
