Down in the meadow a lot of whumpfing, makes sense as it is a prime area for hoarfrost. Some avy debris on Anif N face, also ski cut triggered slab size 1 ~70cm down. Likely on hoarfrost that formed before the last storm
Snowpack
Probing indicated a melt freeze ~150cm down. Compression test fail on surface hoar ~70cm, CTM18. Buried surface hoar was not clearly evident upon probing/finger test/visual, was unnoticed until the compression test failure.
Avalanche
Skier cut triggered a release of a slab. Cohesive slab, 1-3 'chunks', at the trigger running out to chunky debris.
