Saw many crowns naturally triggered earlier in the storm cycle, with a small amount of fresh now on them. Most of them were on ridges and steep areas above, however we saw some on mellower terrain that had convex rolls as well. We rode steep trees, mellow open. Witnessed small amount of sloughing but nothing else significant while skiing.
