Powder Hunting in Crustland

Had to hunt around pretty hard today to find any good snow, it was pretty crusty everywhere this morning, although there was a 5cm dusting of new snow on top. It got warm in the afternoon (0C at tree line) which at least made for softer, wet conditions down low on the way out. We managed to find some good powder on steep due north facing slopes between 2000-1700m in the end. The main avalanche problem of the day were loose wet avalanches.
