Beautiful warm sunny day, but warming didn’t result in any pinwheeling or snowpack becoming isothermal - even south facing slopes. No signs of recent instabilities observed. Signs of high recent winds with lots of wind affect on ridge tops and NNW aspects. Avoided anything too committing given persistent slab problem.
