Good snow above 1,600m. Below was heavy and deep. We rode north facing aspects. Performed compression test on a NE (1,775m) exposed slope. Snowpack depth ~210cm. Rough fracture of newer snow 20cm depth (CTM7). Clean fracture 40cm depth (CTH4). Snow was stable and made for some good riding in the trees.
