Core lodge

Snow was stable with 5-30 cm of fresh / wind blown power on top of a sizeable consolidated layer. In the alpine we experienced lots of wind affected snow (ice and drifts) making skiing less fun. Great snow at lower elevations. We skied 3 different aspects and snow conditions at the surface did not show signs of avalanche concerns. We did not dig a pit and all observation are based on what was observed on the ski up and down so interpret with caution. No whumphing or slab avalanches observed in the area and less than 30 cm of fresh snow in areas of steeper slopes.
