Scattered clouds, warm, no new precip, light WSW wind - no visible snow transport

Snowpack

Widespread surface hoar growth along ascent on SW from 8,600' to 11,000 - more pronounced higher up route. Also visible on W faces. W faces below 10,000 shallow and mostly faceted. SW face mixture of crusts and full depth facets. More of mid-pack slab above 10,000'. Hasty pit W face 11,000 showed 135cm of snow with soft surface, progressively firm mid pack - one finger to pencil, and 30cm of facets at the base. CTX. No collapsing or cracking noted on tour.
