Weather

Clear skies, temps in the mid 40s at Pass level and upper 30s at treeline, and light SW winds.

Snowpack

Toured around the southern half of the compass near and below treeline where good spring riding conditions were found. The snow surface softened rapidly. Wet snow could be easily pushed with skis by early afternoon, but barely traveled any distance.

Avalanche

Recent observed activity has been isolated and limited to wet loose snow avalanches out of steep, rocky terrain.
