Great first ride into clemina. Below treeline snowpack is very thin. Upper treeline elevations (1950m) average 170cms. -5deg at 1950m 1200hrs. 4 above at valley bottom at 1330hrs. Alpine and wind affected areas a bit thinner. Very supportive 9cm crust down 60cm. Hard to jab a probe through. Sleds often not breaking through making for great treeline sledding. Crust producing hard compression test results on the surface of the crust between crust and 1f slab. No avalanche activity although was a very foggy and snowy day so visibility was very limited.
