mostly cloudy skies, light wind, sporadic snow showers. temps in 20s most of day.

dug pit on 30º NE aspect @ 8700 feet BTL. HS 225. 2 CTs, both CTM @ 45 cm from surface. one ECTN 20 @ 45 cm from surface, PC character.

no whumphing, cracking or collapsing observed. no avalanches seen.
