Quick report

Skied a variety of aspects starting at Mt Cleveland and finishing at the Knee. - Observed wide spread wind effect in the alpine. - Overall challenging snow to ski from ice to half crust, to pockets of sastrugi. - Observed numerous point release avalanches from steep south facing terrain. - Observed snow in north and sun shaded areas to remain cold and dry throughout the day. - Did not see any recent avalanche crowns on north facing terrain. - Observed large cornices on north aspects above Cleveland and cleavage. - Did not observe any signs of instability on north facing aspects. - South aspects in direct sunlight warmed up very fast especially around rocky areas.
