Sunny and very hot. 27 degrees at mayflower gulch trailhead at 6:30am

Hard crust that was not very supportive. Sunk 4-6" in certain spots with snowshoes on. The snow was very wet for the time of morning

On our hike out we saw a slide that was not present on our hike in.
