Weather

1" of new snow overnight. Storm total of 14" of new snow with 1.6" of water content. Very strong SW winds yesterday during the storm. Temps warmed rapidly almost as soon as the sun came up.

Snowpack

No signs of cracking or collapsing, but fresh avalanche activity from the recent storm everywhere, especially near and below treeline on all aspects.

Avalanche

Natural avalanche activity is really too widespread to detail. Areas were numerous natural events were observed include; Upper Wolf Creek, Upper Pass Creek, E of the 160s, Upper Gibbs heading up to Peak 1 and NE ridge of Peak 2, The Plunge (not even the real steep part), Lobo Skin Track, Mount Hope/Archuleta Pass, Alberta's Cousin. Some significant isolated events as well.
