Mt Adrien

Great conditions - limited avalanche observations beyond small sloughs on steep unsupported however visibility was limited and we could not enter into several major Alpine zones due to lack of visibility . Below Treeline in downwind terrain held amazing powder conditions up to 50cm deep amd consistent. Alpine was wind blown with possibly 10cm of powder on top of the major melt freeze crust. Did some slope cuts with the sled and had the facet /melt freeze crust initiate easily. Also had compression test Very Easy on this same layer. Photos of the layer included to show extent of layering.
