Weather

started cloudy with no snow, end day with heavy snow/graupel at times.

Snowpack

8800ft ridge line135cms on South facing slopes, 180cms on north facing slopes. column tests were as follows CTH24 down 55cms from top on SE aspect on crust layer, CTM18 down 47cm on crust layer, ECTN18 down 47cm in one pit with ECTP23 down 40cm in another pit so we had unpredictable propagation. North facing pits had CTHx2 down 50cmon buried surface hoar, ECTX in north facing pits.

Avalanche

No avalanches observed, but wumphing in some spots in meadows.
