Weather

Obscured skies with light snow throughout the day (up to S1). Cold temperatures and light westerly winds shifting to the south in the PM at ridge-tops.

Snowpack

Observed 18 cm of storm snow (since Friday) in a sheltered area in the morning. 2-3 cm of additional snow accumulated throughout the day. Skied SW and W aspects near and below TL. New snow was soft, not too cohesive, and resting on a stout crust on the aspects we visited. Above 11,700 ft the new snow was a bit stiffer and more affected.
