S. Zapata Lake, NNW, 12,644 9 cm of new snow, many layers of varying types of rounded and melt freeze form particles. Super exciting 7mm melt freeze forms 133cm from surface! Weak layer 24cm from surface, reactive in shovel sheer and compression tests and in deep ski cuts. Weak layer 33 cm from surface, reactive in compression tests, not reactive to skiing
