Avalanche

Hiked out from the hut today. Between the turnoff to Markley hut and the Ashcroft trail head we crossed 4-5 slides. 3 were in the trees and were about 20-30 feet long, but two were in large chutes and were very large. Several mature trees were taken out. Trail was completely burried by all the slides.
