Weather

Around 9600'. N aspects. Light to moderate snow in am. Calm winds from W. Increasing snow (S2+) and W winds in afternoon, 10-20.

Snowpack

60-70 cm storm slab on N aspects at 9600' sitting on last weeks SH (6-10mm). Not too much wind, but slab was a bit stiffer today than days past.

Avalanche

A couple small naturals on N aspects around 9600-10,200'. Numerous skier triggered slides on ski cuts. All SS, D1 as we did not get on to slopes with large acreage. A few pockets on S aspects near and above 10,000. Storm slab on old sun/melt-freeze. S aspects we not as touchy as the N aspects with SH.
