Road Obs, Log Cabin to Windy Arm

On the drive home from the pass I noticed many new avalanches (it snowed last night) on solar aspects initiating at or near rocks. Mostly size 1 wet slides, but some had stepped down on weak layers (one down to ground) and reached size 2. It is time to really start thinking about the sun!
