Planning to ski Mount Taylor north, but turned around to Heartstrings after snow pit results. Pit on east facing 37 degree slope. 1850m CTM11. ~35 cm down. (RP?) on late Jan facet / crust layer. Tested facet / crust layer with saw blade propagation test and the layer did not slide on its own weight. CTM11 result switched our plans to ski more conservative.
