Snowpack

HS ranged from 60-100 cm's on all terrain traveled on today (NE-E-S 9,000-11,000 ft). Most of the snowpack consisted of new snow from this past series of storms. The new snow is sitting on a mixture of facets, facets going to rounds, and crusts at the bottom of the snowpack. Collapsing was observed in isolated areas were shrubbery was buried beneath the snow-surface.
