Snowpack
Numerous soft slabs released on ski cuts in wind affected terrain near treeline on west aspects. They were shallow (<8"), only propagating across small terrain features such as rollovers and wind pillows (~15 ft), and running very short distances. On an east aspect above treeline, a noticeable collapse and crack occured under the weight of a skier. No other instabilities in our operational snowpack.
