Snowpack

Just letting you know I observed two slides on Sunday afternoon about 1pm. They were on a north facing slope and cut loose by snowmachines. One was about 75 feet wide and ran downhill about 50 feet. The second one was about 75 feet wide and also went downhill 40-50 feet. The fracture line was probably about 2-3 feet deep to the stronger layer. It came out as a slab. No one was hurt or in any real danger. Just thought I'd let you know. Steve
