Weather: Sunny with occasional overcast skies. Warm, above freezing in the afternoon.

SNOWPACK OBS: Came up from Washington gulch to the saddle between WG and Snodgrass. Crusty snow which varied in depth from a zipper to almost supportive on the approach from the SW side. Skied first run in the avalanche zone that fully ripped a couple weeks ago, 3.5 bowl? The new snow has now filled in these avalanche paths. The depth of new snow in these areas ranges from 15 to 24 inches. Quick hand sheers revealed moderate results failing on a bed surface of faceted snow. Ski cuts produced no results. No other activity seen.
