Observed widespread collapsing upon approach to a NW facing pit location. Observed runnels, roller-balls, and small wet-loose activity on S-facing slopes. Dug a pit on a NW aspect, 30 degree slope angle. HS 150cm, tiny surface hoar observed on the surface. Overall structure was weak, 40 cm of DH and facets beneath a 1F storm slab. Got a CT 24 Q2 shear at 20cm from the ground.
